Conferences and Function Rooms

The Philip Lodge Motel has 2 function rooms available, 1 being the Nepean Room and the other, the Hawkesbury Room.

Located on the ground floor with easy access, the Nepean Room is the smaller of the 2 and will comfortably seat:

  • 40 people theatre style
  • 20 people class room style

The larger of the 2 rooms, the Hawkesbury Room, is located upstairs and can comfortably accommodate:

  • 80 people theatre style
  • 45 people class room style
  • 35 people boardroom style

PA Systems, Whiteboards, Lectern, Screens etc. are available at no cost while items like TVs, Video Players, Overhead Projectors, Photocopying and Facsimile facilities are available at a minimal charge.

Restaurant and Catering Facilities

The Philip Lodge’s Heritage Restaurant can comfortably seat 60 people. Our chef can tailor make a menu to suit your requirements, from coffee and biscuits, to finger foods to a full conference menu. Our bar is the perfect place to network before, during and after your business sessions and can be opened with prior notice.

Accommodation Facilities

The Philip Lodge has 50 3½ rated motel rooms made up of standard, deluxe and 2 bedroom suites. We also have spa rooms available. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, air-conditioning/heating, refrigerator, direct dial telephones, hairdryers, and iron and ironing boards. Also available is a guest laundry and swimming pool. Our restaurant can arrange for room service breakfasts and dinners.

Area Description

The Philip Lodge is conveniently located just 7kms to Sydney City CBD, Star City Casino, Circular Quay etc. ; only 15 kms from the Sydney Domestic and International Airports at Mascot; and only 7kms  to Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush.

Public transport departs and returns to our front door.
